Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking full-time restaurant team members to greet residents, coordinate seating, assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and service excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, answering phones, and assisting in training wait staff.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and a minimum of 6 months in food

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a food service environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $16 hourly

We are looking for full time team members - shift times are 11am until close.
