Qualifications

• Food Protection Manager Certification required.

• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meal shifts and ensure guest satisfaction within the unit.
• Assist in planning and developing daily operations; schedule, supervise, and participate in duties.
• Schedule daily work assignments for dining room staff and monitor standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and direct dining room staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and upholding sanitation and safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
• Perform opening and/or closing management procedures.
• Monitor safety issues and report them to management.
