The position requires ServSafe certification and an associate degree or equivalent, with strong English communication and ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to read and write English; good communication with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily dining room operations and staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of room service orders.
• Open and close the dining room smoothly.
• Assign and supervise service staff; ensure coverage for shifts.
• Oversee resident billing of food services charges.
• Lead staff training for new dining room associates and ongoing sessions.
• Assist with special events and guest seating as needed.
• Hire, train, discipline and terminate departmental associates per policy.
• Maintain the resident request logbook and relay requests to Chef/Director.
