Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience

• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage team members using Aramark's coaching model and develop potential
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
• Manage P&L statements and deliver client and company financial targets
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and productivity initiatives are followed
• Oversee front-of-house operations in dining facilities and coordinate with the Food Service Director
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment for clients and staff
