Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a role with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in a management role is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's service model.
• Ability to work with multiple departments to deliver a unified dining experience.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb. is required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) in coordination with the Food Service Director.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to customers.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model and recognize performance.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress on operations and outcomes.
• Ensure P&L statements are completed and financial targets are met.
• Drive value through cost controls, productivity, and margin improvement.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
