Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations and deliver customer-focused dining solutions in a correctional setting. You will supervise staff, oversee daily briefs, and ensure safety and sanitation across all activities.

The role emphasizes meeting client expectations, managing costs, and coordinating with the Food Service Director to provide a high-quality, compliant dining experience for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain effective client rapport and mutual business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations and develop food service solutions to meet client needs.
• Plan and lead daily team briefings to drive performance.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across operations.
• Deliver client and company financial targets and manage P&L.
• Coordinate front-of-house dining with the Food Service Director and supervise production, quality, and control.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
