Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, coach and develop a team, and ensure excellent service for clients. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and achieving client expectations while managing daily activities and financial performance.

The position requires at least 1 year in a management role, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations and develop the team using Aramark coaching model.
• Identify client needs and report progress to the client.
• Manage P&L and deliver financial targets.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Lead front-of-house dining operations with the Food Service Director.
• Direct and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished products to customers.
