Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
• 1–3 years in a management role.
• Experience in food service is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer service per Aramark standards.
• Collaborative with other departments to ensure unified service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions and performance.
• Oversee and manage dining operations, connecting to the Executional Framework.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Maintain P&L statements and achieve food and labor targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance across operations.
• Coordinate production, distribution and front-of-house activities.
