Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in food service.
• 1–3 years of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions including recruiting, training and performance management.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress effectively.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including control of food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and Aramark standards across operations.
• Oversee production, distribution and front-of-house dining activities.
