Charter Senior Living of Mequon is seeking a hands-on Dining Services Director to lead our dining department and uphold high standards of food quality and hospitality for residents.

You will coach staff, schedule dining and duties, manage ordering, inventory and budgets, and collaborate with leadership to maintain exceptional resident experiences. This role requires ServSafe certification and prior food service management experience.

Competenze

• Experience leading a dining/culinary team in senior living or hospitality.
• Evidence of coaching employees and resolving performance concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily dining room and kitchen operations to ensure high quality and hospitality.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, service, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and department budgets within approved targets.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance; train employees accordingly.
• Respond to resident feedback and support special meals and events.
• Lead and develop dining services associates, set expectations, and ensure accountability.
