Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the dining program, ensuring outstanding hospitality and a high-quality resident experience. You will oversee food production, menu development, safety compliance, and departmental budgets while mentoring a high-performing team aligned with MBK’s mission.

Education requirements include a high school diploma and 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership, with ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• ServSafe and Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to manage budgets.
• Background clearances, health screening and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, coach, supervise, and retain dining staff.
• Set performance goals and monitor leaders (Executive Chefs, Cooks, Servers).
• Make employment decisions in MBK’s interest.
• Participate as Manager on Duty and lead the leadership team.
