Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Dining Services Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, safety standards, and HCSG policies.
• Maintain inventory records, costs, and employee schedules.
• Lead training sessions on food prep, service, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance dining experiences.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas for cleanliness.
• Represent HCSG in a courteous, cooperative manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
