Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Manager to support the dining operations at a long-term care facility. You will supervise staff, ensure food safety and quality, and coordinate with residents and families to enhance the dining experience.

This role includes hands-on training, strong teamwork, and a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily dining operations and supervising staff.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain records of food inventory, costs, and staff schedules.
• Lead staff training on food preparation, service techniques, and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance dining experiences.
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with team members, residents, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
