Compass Group USA is recruiting an Assistant Manager I to oversee food service operations at Fort Carson, CO. You will help manage budgets, ensure quality, and drive guest satisfaction for a medium-to-large location servicing military personnel.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and related food service operations.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing food service operations within budget.
• Ensure high-quality food offerings for client, guests, and staff.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory controls.
• Maintain strong relationships with associates, guests, and client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
