Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dining room management, service and sanitation.
• Current Serv-Safe certification or state-specific equivalent.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring and development of dining staff.
• Ensure portions, plate presentation and service standards.
• Supervise cleanliness of restaurant, kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure safety regs and company policies are followed.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
