PACS is seeking a Dining Services Aide to assist with meal preparation and serving for residents. The role follows established routines, maintains cleanliness, and supports the Lead Cook and Dining Services Manager. The position emphasizes teamwork and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid food handlers’ certificate. The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with shifts from 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow new food service routines quickly.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Assist in preparing different meals and washing dishes.
• Monitor and record water temperatures and sanitizer levels.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with orientation and training of dietary staff.
