Job summary

Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a Dining Services Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents and employees in our dietary department. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain food safety, and ensure quality presentations of meals in Care Centers.

The role emphasizes meal service, stock management, and adherence to health code standards while supporting a positive dining environment for residents and staff at Brickyard Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate food service equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and delivery.
• Maintain stock and proper rotation of products.
• Maintain appearance of dining room and service areas (menu boards, table setup/removal).
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and equipment per standards.
• Follow food safety, handling and documentation guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal service and delivery
• Maintain stock and ensure proper rotation of product within assigned area of operation
• Maintain appearance of the dining room and service areas which includes but not limited to menu boards, table service set-up and removal
• Maintain established standards for station and equipment cleanliness
• Follows Company, Local, State, and Federal guidelines for Food Safety, Food Handling and Required methods of Documentation.
