Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing Safety and Sanitation test
• Criminal History Background Check Required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs
• Evenings and weekends may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen duties; including ingredient and food preparation, inventory, cooking and assembling recipes
• Set up and tear down stations
• Dish machine operations
• Build recipes based on established processes, procedures, guidelines, and recipes
• Monitor food quality, food presentation, and control food waste
• Assist within other areas as needed and other duties assigned
