This role supports daily meal service, assists with events, and collaborates with team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, and resident wellbeing.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, up to two years of experience (senior living preferred), and CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, senior living experience strongly desired.
• Licensure preferred with ability to obtain if required by state.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, web platforms, EHR systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, events, and marketing functions to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Take orders and deliver service courteously, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety standards.
