Job summary

Chestnut Ridge - a Senior Living and Memory Care Community in Wallingford, PA - seeks a part-time dining room assistant to prepare the dining area, serve meals, and assist with light kitchen duties in a caring, resident-focused environment.

You will set tables, refill water, clear dishes, wash utensils, and keep dining and kitchen areas clean. Must be at least 16 years old. Weekend shifts are included. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, with extra employee programs and meals included.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing dining room for meals by setting tables, folding napkins, filling water glasses, providing and refilling condiments. Assists in food preparation as needed. Serves meals to Residents in a courteous and professional manner and clears dishes from tables to kitchen. Removes soiled linens from tables and cleans and straightens dining room after meals. Responsible for washing silverware, dishes, cooking utensils and appliances and cleaning kitchen and dining area. Operates the dishwasher, sweeps and mops floors; maintains food storage areas and refrigerator/freezer in a clean and orderly manner. Returns clean dishes and utensils to proper storage area.

**Must be 16 years old

*Part-time including every other weekend

Wage: $15.00/hr
