Job summary

Integracare is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server (Day Shift) for our Senior Living Community to deliver restaurant-style dining experiences to residents during breakfast and lunch. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals with accuracy in a warm setting.

Responsibilities include setup, assisting residents with dietary needs, and collaborating with kitchen and care teams to ensure quality service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (or currently enrolled).
• Skills: Strong customer service, effective verbal communication, and ability to multi-task in a warm dining environment.
• Attributes: Punctual, polite, patient, and eager to build positive relationships with residents.
• Experience: Prior experience in food service, restaurant waiting, or senior living dining is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a great attitude are fully welcome to apply!
• Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.

• Resident Assistance: Assist residents with special dietary needs or menu preferences while maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
• Clean-Up & Sanitation: Clear tables, buss dishes, wipe down dining areas, and sanitize workstation areas following meal service.
• Team Communication: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and care teams to ensure smooth service and address resident inquiries.

Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $12.50 – $14.00 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and attentive Part-Time Server to join our dining services team!
