Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team and help set the stage for a memorable dining experience. You will demonstrate sincere hospitality and pride in guest satisfaction while upholding the highest standards.

In this role you will clear tables, stock side stations, assist servers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the dining room remains organized and ready for service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least one year in food and beverage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsibilities

• Clear tables when guests are finished and assist servers as needed
• Stock side stations and maintain appropriate pars of silverware, glassware, napkins, share plates, and condiments
• Assist with setting tables and ensuring chairs, settings, and lighting are aligned and intact
• Perform side work before, during, and after shifts with a positive attitude
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room and stock supplies as required
