Job summary

Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a seasonal dining service team member. You will assist servers and management, maintain dining areas, and help set up and tear down for events, both on-site and off-site.

The role emphasizes high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Applicants should bring prior food service experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work at least two shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or food service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per week (approx. 16 hours).
• Flexibility with shift end times and varying hours for events.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 6–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Management in serving guests in various roles.
• Maintain dining areas to be clean, organized and ready for service.
• Complete assigned duties, side work, and other responsibilities.
• Set up and tear down for events and dining, on-site and off-site.
• Work at off-site catering events with high service standards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Collaborate with team to deliver prompt, accurate, high-quality service.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a neat uniform and grooming standards.
• Learn and follow all steps of service to meet club standards.
• Be adaptable to changes in venue, service, and plan.
