Job summary

Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support our culinary team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under time deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes using a dish machine and 3 compartment sinks.
• Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and keep floors clean/dry throughout the shift.
• Assist in all facets of the operation and support other staff as needed.
• Follow food safety codes and keep work areas organized.
