Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead service during meals and shape an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexibility: Monday-Friday 11:00am–7:30pm plus events/holidays.
• ServSafe Manager certification or obtain within 90 days.
• Food Handlers permit within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Servers with Community Managers and Executive Chef; train and coach the Server team.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems per the Operations Guide; manage pantry.
• Lead dining service quality; welcome new residents per orientation; ensure prompt room service tray retrieval.
• Participate in community leadership meetings to plan events and support business objectives.
