Job summary

Rolling Hills Retirement Community, part of Resort Lifestyle Communities, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead servers during meals and shape a premier dining experience for residents and guests. You will contribute to culture, operations, and the overall resident experience, ensuring meals are moments of connection.

As a key member of the community leadership team, you will hire and onboard servers, coach staff, manage schedules, uphold sanitation, and collaborate on events to support

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous service leadership experience is desired.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required (Excel and Outlook).
• ServSafe Manager food safety certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Food Handlers permit as required by local ordinances or obtain within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Servers in coordination with Community Managers and/or Executive Chef; provide training and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems are consistent per the Operations Guide.
• Lead and monitor dining service quality to guarantee resident and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in community leadership meetings and collaborate on events and objectives.
