Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with full-time hours and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Dining Services management required.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Ability to instruct, direct and lead dining room staff.
• Must relate well to employees, residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining room operation for resident seating, service and meal satisfaction.
• Supervise dining room staff and ensure timely, cordial guest greetings.
• Coordinate dining room reservations, seating, and meal service across shifts.
• Assist with catering and special events; ensure clean, sanitary work areas per guidelines.
