Job summary

Senior Living Residences Marlboro seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house staff in our community dining room. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with compensation starting at $18-$20 per hour based on experience.

You will oversee scheduling, meal setup, events, and occasional serving duties, while supporting resident satisfaction and safety. Benefits start day one and include health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification preferred.
• One year of supervisory or training experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room.
• Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and events, and dining room cleanliness.
• Serve as a server when needed and support kitchen staff with cook/training opportunities.
