Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to ensure efficient dining room operations, supervise server staff, and provide superior service to residents and guests.

The role reports to the Food Service Director and requires strong customer service and team coordination skills. Starting pay is $22.00+ per hour, with full-time benefits including PTO, daily pay, 401K with employer match, disability coverage, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal record background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of residents and guests during meal service.
• Supervise servers and manage dining room.
• Maintain an appropriate stock of linen.
• Ensure appropriate lighting and drapes in the dining room.
• Supervise special functions as needed.
• Direct cleaning of all work areas in dining rooms and wait stations.
• Create and manage all server schedules and duties.
