Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Malden, MA, is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure a superior dining experience for residents. You will oversee front-of-house operations, supervise staff, schedule meals and events, and assist as needed on the floor.

What Our Dining Room Supervisors Do

• Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
• Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room
• Serve as a server when the need arises

Requirements

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership : One year of experience with supervising or training staff
• Punctuality & reliability - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
