Job summary

Nashoba Park is seeking part-time dining associates to greet residents and guests during meals, take orders from a selective menu, and set up and clear tables as needed.

Positions offer flexible shifts (9am-2pm, 2pm-7pm, 3:30pm-7pm) with a starting pay of $15-$16 per hour and a comprehensive benefits program beginning at hire.

• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Part Time: 9am-2pm, 2pm-7pm, 3:30pm-7pm

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting rate at $15 - $16 per hour based on work experience
