Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for Nashoba Park in Ayer, MA. You will lead the front-of-house dining team, coordinate meal and event setups, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for our senior residents.

The role offers full-time hours with a starting rate of $19 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication and reliable leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Certification: Food Safety certification preferred.
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Leadership: One year of experience with supervising or training staff.
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room.
• Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room.
• Serve as a server when the need arises.

Full time hours: Tuesday-Saturday: mixed shifts 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm
