Job summary

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily Front of House operations. You will lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold sanitation, and coach hourly team members to deliver exceptional service.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage costs and schedules. This role typically starts Part-Time with potential to move to Full-Time, and full-time staff receive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• ServSafe Manager’s Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support team members during shifts, including scheduling and guest interaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and manage costs effectively.
• Open and close the dining room following company procedures; maintain sanitation standards.
