Job description

Rice Services, Inc. is the prime contractor performing Wardroom/Dining Room services at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD since 2016. We utilize multiple meal serving styles, including family-style, buffet, and rolling tray-style meals. Weekend and holiday meals are served through a food court type operation in the Servery. Services are provided to approximately 4,500 midshipmen, plus supporting staff and approved guests, serving an average of 12,000 meals daily (392 tables of 12 patrons).

We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in food service management. This is a full-time weekday position; however, occasional weekends may be required. Hours are generally from 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm (~40-hour-per-week position).

The starting salary is $60,000 plus a potential annual bonus and raise. Health and dental insurance are available. There is no cash management requirement. A background check is required. Vacation benefits are available after the first full year of employment.
