Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Yours Truly DC, Vignette Collection. Be a key part of ensuring our guests have a memorable stay by leading a dedicated team, overseeing daily operations, and stepping into the Housekeeping Manager's role when needed.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Aimbridge Hospitality. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $26.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to meet standards and productivity levels.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants; provide training and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle 'Lost and Found' items with care and integrity; maintain key control and safety standards, including access to sensitive areas.
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are upheld across all facilities and equipment.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
