• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Inova Fairfax Medical Campus - 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days may vary, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 1 year of management experience required.
• Perks: $750 sign-on bonus paid out 1/2 at 90 days and the remaining at 180 days!
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees as needed.
• Prepare reports for management ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goals and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
