The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets, focusing on supporting and coordinating kitchen operations. This role acts as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintaining high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all meal periods, including group functions and banquet events. The position plays a key leadership role in preparing meals, guiding team members, and upholding standards in line with brand standards, hotel policies, and guest expectations.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee all food and beverage production and service as directed by hotel/company leadership, supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams for our Bistro and bar, and manage banquets when applicable. You must foster a professional and personable service climate that engages employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards at federal, state, local, and company levels.
