We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor at our Casual Dining restaurant Mikey Ryan's.

  • Effectively lead the team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
  • Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
  • Lead your team effectively with ongoing service standards training and personal development plans.
  • Continuously update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
  • Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure strong communication amongst the entire Restaurant Team.
