Job summary

Wildhorse Resort Casino is seeking a Food Court Attendant/Supervisor to assist the Manager with daily operations, food prep, and cashiering. You will supervise staff, ensure safe food handling, and help manage inventory and service standards.

The role requires 1 year of F&B experience with at least 6 months of cashiering, 1 year of supervision, and a valid food handler license within one month of employment. Must be 21+ with ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of F&B experience, with at least six (6) months of cashiering experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma/GED or ten years' experience.
• Licensed/certified as a food handler within one month of employment and maintains license.
• Stand and/or walk for long periods; able to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.; and able to work in a noisy environment.
• Requires 21 years of age and a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager of Food Court operations, food preparation, cooking online, beverage service, and cash transactions and supervises staff.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
• Supervises staff on shift and conducts performance counseling and evaluations.
• Ensures food items are cooked according to health guidelines.
• Monitors staffing, supplies, and customer service needs in the Food Court.
• Makes recommendations on menu, recipes, and procedures to the Food Court Manager.
• Oversees room service orders, delivery, and payment procedures.
