Job summary

Belmont Village Cardiff by the Sea is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide attentive, personalized service in our on-site restaurant within the assisted living community. This non-tipped role offers a steady schedule, working hours starting early and days vary, with a focus on teamwork and delivering a welcoming dining experience.

Walk-in interviews Wednesdays 1pm-4pm; $19/hour; weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with dining etiquette preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take orders, recommend menus, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure correct food temperature and presentation.
• Set up dining room and maintain readiness.
• Assist with event service and special occasions.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
