Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking energetic Dining Room Servers for our Assisted Living communities. You will provide hands-on table service, take orders, and assist with special events, delivering a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

The role is non-tipped and offers a steady schedule, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and grow in a caring, collaborative environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior restaurant server experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on hospitality position.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service and keep tables and condiments ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and community celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms and tables throughout service.
