Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server for our on-site restaurant. The role involves hands-on table service, assisting with special events, and ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents and guests.

You will take orders, make menu recommendations, and deliver meals with attention to temperature, presentation, and guest satisfaction, while keeping the dining area clean and well-set for service. Shift availability includes evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
