Belmont Village Senior Living in San Ramon, CA is hiring a Dining Room Server to provide attentive table service in our on-site restaurant. This full-time role involves delivering meals, assisting with events, and maintaining dining room cleanliness, with a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to efficiently multi-task and collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on hospitality role.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure orders are served at correct temperature with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service with flatware and condiments ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables throughout service.
