Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in California is hiring a Dining Room Server for full-time shifts, Tuesday-Saturday or Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday, 12:00pm-8:00pm. You will provide hands-on table service in our on-site restaurant and support special events within the Assisted Living community.

This non-tipped role offers a steady schedule, a supportive team, opportunities to learn and grow, and a chance to contribute to a positive, community-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
