Providence Place Senior Living in Collegeville, PA seeks a Dining Room Server/Coordinator (Full-Time) to ensure a positive resident dining experience with organized service and a clean dining area.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lead staff; ServSafe training should be completed within 3 months of hire. Schedule includes 10:30 am–7:00 pm shifts, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in dining or restaurant service; supervisory experience a plus.
• Completion of ServSafe sanitation course within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an organized meal service and a positive dining experience for residents.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit a part-time compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server (Coordinator) is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals. Must be willing to cover dishwasher/ prep cook shifts as needed.

Full-Time: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm *Must be able to work EOW/EOH

Critical Success Factors:

• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room
• Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
