Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen leadership in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and great interpersonal communication skills.

• Ensure that each shift runs smoothly with great cooks and delicious dishes.
• Take ownership of the financial aspects of the restaurant including payroll and food costs.
• Act as a coach and mentor to colleagues to create a safe work environment.
