Qualifications

• 2-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop Front-of-House teams.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and high standards of food presentation.
• Oversee training and supervision of FOH associates.
• Lead and develop hourly staff through mentoring and evaluations.
• Protect company assets and maximize revenues while controlling costs.
• Communicate professionally with partners, guests, purveyors and departments.
