Responsibilities

• Adheres to standards of professional appearance and promotes company culture.
• Ensures all products are served to the proper specifications.
• Maintains sanitation to exceed Health Department standards.
• Manages hourly associates with leadership and mentoring; uses daily one-on-one meetings.
• Understands and protects financial assets; controls costs and maximizes revenues.
• Communicates with key partners and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Complies with unemployment, food handling sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Trains FOH staff on restaurant practices and oversees onboarding.
