Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in front of the house dining.
• High school diploma or GED; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Fingerprint Clearance required.
• First aid and CPR certified.
• Experience in food service in senior living, hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead employees in the dining room and supervise staff according to policy.
• Ensure staff wear designated uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain daily menu boards and support staffing schedules to meet service hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service, seating residents, presenting menus, and suggesting specials.
• Ensure timely bussing, clearing, and resetting tables after meals.
• Cover staffing to ensure adequate service during all service hours (7am–7pm).
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Activities Director for holidays and monthly events.
• Work weekends and holiday shifts as required.
