Job Title: Dining Room Manager at ilili Restaurants

Join us to apply for the Dining Room Manager role at ilili Restaurants.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dining Room Manager to lead our culinary operations in our new location at The Wharf, Washington DC.

About ilili: Welcome to ilili, where guests celebrate life and enjoy a blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine. Our goal is to unify cultures through our food, crafted by Executive Chef and Owner Philippe Massoud, featuring Lebanese, Levantine, Mediterranean influences with a New York attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of an upscale dining restaurant under the guidance of the General Manager.
• Lead and train front-of-house staff, maintaining a hands-on approach during service.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff as directed by the GM.
• Enforce ilili's best practices and policies.
• Provide exemplary guest service and foster a positive team environment.

Ideal Experience:

• 1-3 years of Dining Room Management experience in upscale to fine dining, high-volume restaurants, preferably in NYC.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary arts is a plus but not required.
• Proven success in team management and guest experience in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in training and developing FOH teams.
